Stigma Free Workplace
StigmaFree Workplace is a company-driven initiative that addresses stigma and normalizes the conversation around mental health that addresses the larger social issues of individuals not seeking mental health care due to stigma. Supporting individuals by encouraging employees to support one another and providing mental health resources.
Supportive Policies
To properly support employees with mental health challenges employers must have supportive workplace policies to remove the barriers that lead to individuals not seeking care. Offering employees access to quality mental health care, employee assistance programs (EAP), and offering accommodations for employees with mental health conditions.

self-care, skill-building, and resilience.

Proactive Approach
Adopting a proactive approach helps to build protective factors into the workplace that reduces the likelihood that an employee attempts or dies by suicide. Building mental health literacy within the workplace and promoting screening tools to identify potential untreated mental health disorders.
Mental Health Resources
Employers should implement the proper resources that address risk factors, recognize warning signs, and connects employees with untreated mental health conditions to proper psychiatric care. Employers should have a crisis plan to support employees who are actively suicidal.

Workplace Support
Creating a culture of mental wellbeing must involve your organization's leadership team to collaborate with our wellness team. Together we can develop mental wellbeing initiatives, supportive policies and create pathways for employees to access mental health support and treatment.
Mental Health Screenings
Mental health screenings are useful in identifying those with potential mental health disorders. Identifying members with untreated mental health disorders allows our team to engage, and offer support and resources.
Mental Wellbeing Programs
A program designed for all members who have a goal to improve their mental wellbeing. Members are provided with health coaching, strategies to cope with stress, and virtual cognitive behavioral therapy.
Wellness App Resources
Through our wellness app members can complete health risk assessments which include mental health screenings. Our wellness app contains digital health solutions with educational content on mental health awareness, stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, and much more. Members are provided with strategies to self-manage symptoms.
Virtual Express Care
Our board-certified nurse practitioners are a useful resource for our members experiencing mental health concerns or symptoms. We can perform an initial mental health evaluation, begin treatment if necessary, and bridge members to crisis services or local psychiatric resources for additional care and management.
Community Programs
We are committed to ensuring our members receive all the resources needed to set them up for success. We work with local organizations within the community such as psychiatric practices, therapy programs, and behavioral health programs.
